The QW Installation Advantage

A window is only as good as the installation it receives. A $600 window with a $20 installation is not going to look great or perform well from day one. If a window is installed poorly air can infiltrate your home and essentially make replacing your windows a waste of time. Even worse, if water makes its way into the house it could potentially cause thousands of dollars in damage. Discussing the options and details of the installation is as important if not more important than the options available on the windows themselves. This is precisely the reason Quinn Windows puts an extra emphasis on the installation process.

Why choose our crew?

Unlike certain large home improvement chains, Joe remodeler or that guy down the street with the big truck, we guarantee our work for 5 years. If you have a problem with a window we installed as a result of our installation, within 5 years of our installation, it is our responsibility to solve that problem.

We also use our own crew. We can even tell you who will be installing your windows when you order your windows. We use a crew of professionals who install windows on a daily basis. Our installers are on-time, prepared and neat. They are insured with both general liability insurance and worker's compensation. Have a problem with our installer or the installation? No problem. Call us and the owner will visit the job site personally to fix your problem.

Quinn Windows is not just windows! Our siding crew has been working with us for over 17 years. I can show you homes we re-sided in the early 90's that still look great today. Our installation is professional and backed by our 5-year warranty (The big box stores offer you 1 year warranty). We welcome projects of all sizes including small siding repair jobs.

Though there are a wide variety of choices in exterior cladding, most materials available to redo your siding break down into the following 3 categories:

Hardiplank (Fiber-Cement) SidingClick for more

By far the most popular choice these days; Hardiplank looks just like wood lap siding, is paintable, but wont rot or split like traditional wood siding. This material is available in a variety of styles including smooth finish, cedar-mill finish, shake and pre-painted. Hardiplank siding installation typically includes removing and hauling off your old siding and installing new superior house wrap moisture barrier. Brands available include James Hardie, Nichiha, Certainteed and more.

Vinyl SidingClick for more

Replacement vinyl siding is the most cost effective way to re-side your home. When installed correctly, vinyl siding requires nothing more than occasional cleaning and adds the best insulating value to your home. It also does not require removing the old siding on your house. The bad reputation vinyl siding has gained in the past decade is largely due to the shoddy work of builders in cluster communities. Rest assured that replacement vinyl siding is a durable product that can last for decades. Brands available include Alside, Mastic, Certainteed, Owens-Corning and more.

Traditional WoodClick for more

Looking for traditional wood siding? Though it is not the most technologically advanced product, wood siding is still available and can be required from time to time, especially in historic restoration projects.
